Persuasion & Pixels LLC ("Persuasion & Pixels," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website, communicate with us, or engage our consulting services. Our website and any associated landing pages or microsites

Inquiries, intake forms, proposals, contracts, and onboarding materials
The course of providing consulting, media buying, audit, and verification services to our clients
This Policy does not apply to information our clients independently collect from their own audiences, supporters, or customers, even where Persuasion & Pixels assists with media planning, buying, or measurement on their behalf. In those cases, our client is the controller of that information, and their privacy policy governs.

Publicly available sources (e.g., LinkedIn, public filings, news)
Analytics, advertising, and infrastructure vendors
3. How We Use Information
We use information for legitimate business purposes, including to:
Respond to inquiries and communications
Provide, manage, and improve our consulting services
Send service-related communications and, where permitted, marketing communications
Operate, secure, and analyze the performance of our website
Negotiate, execute, and administer client engagements and vendor relationships
Comply with legal obligations, including tax, recordkeeping, and lawful requests
Protect our rights, property, and the safety of our staff, clients, and the public
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising directed at our website visitors.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate our business:
Service providers and subcontractors who support our operations (e.g., website hosting, email, analytics, accounting, legal, cloud storage), under contractual confidentiality obligations
Clients, where you have engaged us or where information relates to a client engagement
Media partners and ad-tech platforms (e.g., demand-side platforms, supply-side platforms, measurement vendors) strictly to execute media buying, verification, and reporting work performed on a client's behalf
Professional advisors (legal, financial, insurance) as reasonably necessary
Authorities or other parties when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety

We do not share inquiry or engagement information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Political Campaign and Advocacy Work
Persuasion & Pixels provides services to political campaigns, party committees, PACs, and advocacy organizations. When we perform media buying, verification, or analytics for these clients:
The client, not Persuasion & Pixels, is the controller of any voter file, supporter list, or audience data provided to us.
We use that information solely to perform the services in our contract.
We comply with applicable platform policies, federal and state campaign finance and election laws, and the terms of our engagement.
This Privacy Policy governs our own data practices; client data practices are governed by the applicable client's own policies and disclosures.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure traffic. Categories may include:
Strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function
Analytics cookies that help us understand site usage in aggregate
Functional cookies that remember your preferences
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect site functionality. Where required, we present a cookie banner and honor your choices.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where applicable law requires.
7. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
